This bug is on all platforms, and can be avoided, but due to how often it happens I will report it. When using save the best for last on pinhead and downing a survivor with the box in hand with enough stacks will cause the animation for the box to be cancelable earlier than the chain hunt can begin, and it resets the box timer completely. Meaning if you pick up a survivor before the box animation is fully completed, it will just not work.
