Game Crash And Gave Me A Penalty For No Reason

Platform: PlayStation 4

I was playing as Ghostface and all of a sudden as I was catching a Kate, the game crashed on me. I sent a report on this on a another post. But this bugged has been going on for a while now. Also I think people shouldn’t be penalized for something they didn’t do and was out of their control.
