It has been over 2 years since this bug was first encountered by several people in this forum and was supposably fixed in a 4.x patch. This bug continues to this day and it is unfortunate that BHVR has not come around to addressing properly, especially since many disabled people use mouse + gamepad input as their way of playing the game.
