Stuck at 2 daily quests for more than 2 weeks. (PC)

Stuck at 2 daily quests and can't get 3. Tried rerolling current quests, but nothing helps.
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1 : Boot the game.
Step 2: Open daily rituals.
ps. I noticed the same issue occuring for other players ( https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/394340/my-daily-rituals-seem-stuck-at-only-2#latest) - but they didn't use the template.
