Why are they even a thing?

I understand it with things like special outfits that change the whole character such as Cheryl skin costumes that turn her into different people (Lisa, uhm and whoever the rest are).

But other locked sets make ABSOLUTELY no sense to me. “B-but some would look ugly separately” so? Let people choose if they wanna look ugly or not. Thats the whole point of costumes and skins no? More options for customisation. There are so many set locked skins that would look AMAZING when combined with parts of other outfits.

Please stop ruining the fun and let the players have what they want
