Demogorgons Portals Are Bugged

I'm on ps4 and when I place a portal and teleport through it the portal does not turn yellow so you can't tell if the portals activated or not.
Steps to reproduce: Place 2 portals then teleport between them and you'll notice that the portals are still white not yellow.
