Prestige/Level Trophies Didn't Auto Pop

PS5 - My PSN is Fef_Jones-Drew. I know I am supposed to redo most of these trophies, which I am up for the challenge, but there are some that are impossible to obtain. Those trophies being -
It Wakes
Not Half Bad
Skillful
III-50
These couple perks have already been unlocked on my PS4 version and apparently should have popped when I opened the game. I only started playing about 3 weeks ago. Could this issue be looked into whether it's my account or a general issue.
Trophies - "I", "II", and "III", are obtainable by levelling up the first character you had prestiged on the old version (mine being Feng). I tested if I could get the other 4 on certain other characters, but that did not work after getting all the base killers and survivors to level 10 and not seeing a trophy.
