PC - Odd Light when downing a survivor

I had been playing DBD for a couple of hours (I had been going back and forth between both roles for a while) when I played Huntress in a public match (was trying to practice orbitals). I threw my hatchet at this Thalita and downed her and a bright light suddenly flashed to my left.

This only happened once, I am making this report right after the game in which it happened. I was using Lethal Pursuer, Gearhead, Discordance, and BBQ & Chili on Mother's Dwelling.
