Make Haste effects not stack for either side
This would be to completely get rid of combos like Hope + Made for This on Survivor side, or something like Hex: No One Escapes Death + Play With Your Food on the Killer side.
These combos are very strong, and probably even too strong. Being able to stack haste effects on the Survivor side essentially makes certain killers unable to catch up with the survivors because of the killer's movespeed. Being able to stack haste effects on the Killer side makes it so survivors can't outrun the killer no matter what they do, even if the killer has no bloodlust.
Instead, make it so the perk/addon with the highest haste effect has priority, and have perks/addons with lesser haste effects not activate until any values higher than them deactivate.
(e.g. Blight Serum + Made for This will only grant the 5% Haste effect for 20 seconds, then go down to 1%/2%/3% Haste for Made for This, NOED + Rapid Brutality will only grant the 5% Haste boost of RB until the duration expires, then the haste from NOED will be used.)

for killer, killer is suppose to be stronger in 1vs1 so them using chase perks is playing to what suppose to be killer's strength. survivor stacking haste is questionable however there is mechanic called bloodlust that ensures killer is always faster than survivor after x time. the only concern is having haste outside of chase because bloodlust does not build out of chase.

I agree, though MFT should still be nerfed on top of this as it’s still too strong even by itself. But removing haste stacking will prevent anything similar from ever being a problem again in the future so I’m all for it. MFT + Hope I think just kinda called a lot of attention to this mechanic.
