I purchased a auric cell pack, but got the clown's knife that I won't ever use and no auric charm.

I purchased the auric cell charm pack in hope of getting the charm, and someone on the forum told me I would get both the knife and the charm, but I never got the charm. Can I never get the charm, now that I got the knife? Or is there a way I can still get the charm? I severely dislike clown and will never use him, so I really don't want his knife.
