Not getting We'll Make It Notification

Not getting the notice in the top right corner of the screen when being unhooked by Kate that she is running the perk when I'm playing as Nancy Wheeler.
While spectating, I do see it shows when she unhooked Rebecca Chambers.
The only way I knew she had it While playing was because of the little green perk icon.
Platform Nintendo Switch, RPD map. Hook in the courtyard in the front of the map .
