Face camp thing didn't work

Platform Switch. I was just face camped and hit on hook through both stages by a Trapper on iron works of misery.
The unhook bar didn't gain any progress. Literally none at all.
I died on my 1st hook and my SoloQ teammates were nowhere around. I was using Kindred, we'll make it, resilience and prove Thyself as Nancy Wheeler.

One more thing I saw happening is when there is a downed survivor close to the hook. If the killer brings a survivor and drop them next to the hook, the anti face-camp does not trigger.
Having a standing or running survivor nearby deactivates the anti face-camp, but a downed survivor will not save anybody. The anti face-camp should keep active but it doesn't.
