RPD tile where survivors can't be picked up (Steam)

in Bug Reporting

I was playing a killer match either yesterday or the day before on RPD where I downed a Dwight in a certain tile of the map and was unable to pick them up no matter how many times I walked around until they happened to move. Here is the spot:
