Will the Naughty Bear skin be available with iri shards? And is the price correct?

Since it is a BHVR license, will we be able to buy the Trapper Naughty Bear cosmetic it in a month for shards?


Also, is the skin regular price 1485 auric cells? It says on the store that the original price is 1950 shards, but available for 1485. Is it on sale or is that the normal price, like any other legendary skin?
