DBD has crashed from exception access violation

The game crashes frequently due to the above crashes. I have tried to solve the problem by deleting the game and reloading it, restoring Windows again. Even repairing the game's files hasn't fixed this issue. I've been matchmaking locked for 24 hours multiple times now, and I haven't dc myself once and now I'm going to miss the Halloween event. Plz tell me how to solve this problem🥲🙏🏻
ps. after updating to patch 7.3 this problem has always occurred. But the previous patch had no problems before.
