Haddie Kaur Rift Pants "Connected Trouser" Texture Issue

Hello, I would like to report an issue with Haddie's rift pants as the texture is warped and makes it unusable (from a fashion standpoint). The issue with the texture is that it seems like the Normal texture is inverted somehow and not mapped properly, resulting in warps. I have attached in game images and images of the model itself (in a model viewer) so you can see the issue (the last image is with the normal texture removed, and the warps are gone).
