"Resolution scale" setting has not worked correctly since the Alien update (PC)

Before the Alien update I used 150% resolution scale, since the game is capped at 120fps I have plenty of power to spare. However since then, no matter what I do to the "GameUserSettings"-file, it stays at 100%. The game looks horrible compared to what it used to look like.
