Doing the challenge "In Extremis" from the Existence Tome.
The challenge requires you to sabotage a hook within 10 meters of a carried survivor. Several times I have attempted this and was so sure I met the requirements only for no progress made.
Ive tested with a toolbox and with the perk saboteur to see if there would be a difference. I have tried sabotaging up close right in front of carried survivor as well in case it was that I was too far away but no difference.
Not sure if bug or I am just really bad at reading comprehension
