Dredge got stuck in a locker mid-match

I'm almost sure this has been posted before, but whilst having a Dredge match on the Sanctum of Wrath map, our killer got stuck in a Locker. I dont know how he got there, since the match progressed as normal up to end game, when we started to wonder why he hasnt chased anyone.
He couldnt get out with his power and neither could we open the locker to get in. He managed to get free somehow after spamming probably every button he had but it took him a while. I also assume he was on console because he had the little globe thingy next to his name.
