Anti camp bug

During my second hook stage I’ve noticed that even if none of my team is around and the killer is camping directly in my face or in this specific instance on the staircase in hawken’s labs the anti camp bar doesn’t appear at all and leaves me stuck being unable to be saved I’m unsure if insidious was causing this due or if something with undetectable is causing this any look into this would be hugely appreciated
