I have noticed that this challenge is bugged. I played a match with this challenge active and downed survivors the required amount of times. Also I was playing I noticed that the challenge wasn't triggering. All perks were randomized during the match, but knock downs did not count.     Update perks showed that they were supposed to be randomized and nothing was equipped.
