A character is missing.

Problem with the character Demogorgon. It's missing from my available characters and I need to buy it again.

I have contacted support and was asked if I bought it with cells or DLC, I said cells and never got a response again.

Can someone tell me how fast support responds to such issues ? And has anyone had the same issue ? Thank you.

If you already contacted Support, you have to wait for their reply. Please avoid opening new tickets, as it would just send you back into the queue.
