PC - Finishing a match disconnects me from lobby

Every time i end up a match, my rank progression doesn't show and when i try to get back to lobby, i get disconnected and sent back to menus, when i try to enter my lobby again, my friends list is also bugged and i can't invite anyone nor join their lobby, so at the end of every match i have to close and reopen the game or else i can't play with anyone. I'm not the only one having this issue, one of my friends is having the same problem and its been more than a month, please fix this.
