VHS tapes do not count towards the "Disarm and Dismember" achievement

I was trying to get the Disarm and Dismember so I started using Sadako because survivor will have a VHS tape for a long time of the trial in their hands, but eventhough it is a Limited Item, the achievement do not goes up, with Wesker's first aid and Singularity 3d printed thingy the achievement is working, as far as i've seen, is just with the VHS that it doesnt work.
I've played 3 to 4 games, and the count never goes up, it's stuck at 27, the number i had when i started.
