Result screen while in deep wound

So if you escape with in deep wound at the end screen it still thinks your in deep wound so the screen becomes...dimmer? I really don't know how to describe it other then it acts like your still in deep wound.

    This has been in the game for a while. Sometimes also happens when spectating someone who escapes while in DW. The effect that normally sits around the screen, causing it to look more gray/monotone, gets carried into the after-game lobby, but it'll go away once you go back to the normal lobby..
