use all blood point offerings at once

i have a lot of blood point offering and its just starting to feel like its taking forever to spend all them, so my suggestion would be to add an option to spend them all at once and if we have to many and would hit the bp cap only let us use the amount that would hit cap and save the rest that if spent would get wasted since they would fail to go over the bp cap
