PS5 | Even though I'm running and the killer is looking at me, I'm not getting chased

Sometimes (or even most of the time) I am not being chased, even though the killer is chasing me literally. He's looking at me and I am running but I can't see chasing symbol on left and chase music doesn't play. Windows are not blocking after 3 vaults. After he left, I am not getting bloodpoints for chasing. Here's a video about the problem. It will be more understandable.
