Rework of Diversion Perk

In theory, diversion is a very interesting perk, especially for mind-gaming players
In practice, it is very low tier perk due to poor execution
In my experience, most people are using it to throw pebbles to the killer face for trolling 
At the very least, you should add something like this to help with the aim

my suggestion was that a survivor using DIVERSION starts off with a pebble readily available
