Info: getting huge slowdown for 1.5-2 seconds after taking a hit

How to repeat:

Step 1: take perk "Chemical Trap"

Step 2: place it on a pallet

Step 3: make killer destroy that pallet

Step 4: take a hit from the killer some time after
