When playing on the rpd maps (i believe it has only been occurring on east wing) multiple rooms load as a florescent blue that makes it impossible to use sight to chase any survivor if they enter any of these rooms.
i have validated my files, reinstalled the game and changed graphics settings multiple times, this issue only occurs on RPD.
