Nemesis Pallet Bug?

Just finished this game, writing it out as it's still fresh.
On the last two Gens of the swamp, I picked up a Dwight on Shack pallet and a Kate ran over to drop the pallet. I quickly punched to see if I could get her and without taking a health state from Kate Nemesis powered through the pallet stun, for some reason. Hooked Dwight, Kate gave up; I'm pretty sure she thought I was hacking.
Build was Lethal Pursuer - Bitter Murmur - Dead Man's Switch - Jolt = Additional add-ons of Broken Recovery coin and Depleted ink ribbon. Nemesis was tier 3 at this point.
Kate's build, Deja Vu - Hyperfocus - Stakeout - Prove Thyself
Dwight's build, Prove Thyself - Leader - Deja Vu - Spine Chill
