Terminus Not Applying Broken Status Effect When It Should...

Explaining The Issue:
When Terminus released, if a Survivor was healthy and they got hit while the Exit Gates are powered, they would have the Broken status effect applied to them.
Now Terminus only applies the Broken status effect to Survivors who are injured when the final Generator is completed and the Exit Gates become powered; if a healthy Survivor gets injured, they are not given the Broken status effect.
This being the case, Terminus is clearly bugged and does not properly match the perk description or how it use to work.
How To Recreate:
- Equip Terminus (as Killer).
- Injure a Survivor.
- Have the Survivors complete the final Generator and have the Exit Gates become powered; injured Survivors will have the Broken status effect applied to them.
- Hit a healthy Survivor; the Broken status effect wont be applied to them.
