How about this kind of perks?
Sacrifice perks work around giving to your team a buff while debuffing you
Sacrifice:One More chance-After unhooking 2 times same survivor.That survivor becomes "marked" press E button to donate a hook state but you get downed instantly and lose a hook state.That survivor will have an extra hook for 30/45/60 secs.You must be the obsession to use this perk you become unbroken for 60 secs. The hook status donation wont be refunded.
( if too OP it could be with heal states instead that surv get healed instantly)

Too strong to leave it unconditional but unhooking the same person twice is very situational.

Well it need to have conditions to actually justify power anyway if we ignore the balance stuff a perk that gives to your teammates while you get a debuff seems good isnt it?

The concept is cool but if you’re downed and lose a hook state for the person you gave a hook state to, the killer now has you downed (and one hook state left or none left) and can still just tunnel out the unhooked survivor, who would only have one hook state remaining. I get what you’re going for but this basically makes the killer’s job easier?

It sounds good... but don't let what's happening in games effect what kind of perk you make

I love this perk idea, but i think it is to powerful. There have to be a big downside to it.
