PC - visual icon bug when carrying survivor

When picking up a survivor, icons appear to indicate that the survivor is being picked up. Specifically, two icons: one underneath, resembling a flashbang-style icon, and the other one is on top and is brown, something like a brown addon. Both feature the survivor wear icon.
- Play as killer
- Knock down survivor
- Pick him up
- Start carrying
- Look at left corner
- Icon is bugged (two icons, one red with keybind another one brown)
I was playing trapper on few maps with many perks, i think it appear on every killer.

Um, when you dont have traps its actually better visible
