Inner Strength doesn't activates after Broken status effect gone

PC version, 7.3.3
My survivor get hit and "Broken" status effect. Perk "Inner Strength" is ready to use.
Before "Broken" effect gone I hide in locker and wait. After status effect gone perk doesn't start to sctivates automaticaly and doesn't heal survivor. So I need to re-hide in locker for perk use.
Is it bug or it's doing alright?
