PC - old visual bug when u repeir 0%-25% generator

When repairing the generator from scratch, there is a visual bug which is distinguished by the fact that gradually from 0% the speed of the first piston increases, when it reaches approximately 5-25% the piston works slowly, and after passing the 25% barrier it suddenly works at maximum speed. Each different piston accelerates according to the repair level of the generator.
This bug has been present for as long as I can remember. It applies to generators on every map. It happens every time.
