Game constantly losing connection (my internet is fine)

Every single time I load up the game and go into a match of killer (online and offline) or survivor within 5 minutes my game freezes, kicks me out of the match back into the lobby. Also every time without fail, when my game lags out, my phone loses its Wi-Fi connection too. But I can say confidently that it is not my internet as I’ve played several other online games and I have not had a single problem with them. I need some kind of help because it is driving me absolutely crazy and I have just wasted money on the game, now it’s pretty much useless to me as I cannot use what I bought.
