Pc - can't pick up a survivor

-Was playing the kgnight,
-Suddently the survivor i was chasing stopped to move.
-I put him down.
-Couldn't pick him up, animation start but doesn't finish.
-The other survivors didn't try to heal him while he was on the ground, i don't know if they could.
-First time i see this problem.
