Chatterer skin lobby bug

Description: Everytime you select the Chatterer Legendary skin for Cenobite, the chains shoots out towards the camera without the playermodel animation triggering.
Reproduce steps: Just select the Chatterer Legendary skin in the lobby
Occurs everytime.
