PC - Stuttering after several games?

Feels like camera starts "catching" or "stuttering" after a few games?

Opening the esc menu stops the stuttering for 30 sec to 1 min but the stuttering comes back. Restarting the game seems to fix the issue, until after 3-4 games it begins happening again.
