Why are there no basic options for Player Cards?

Basically the title. Even on mobile you have some basic ones for every survivor and killer, and some you earn by just hitting rank reset in addition to event and paid ones.

Please add one for every character and maybe a special one for Prestige milestones (25/50/75/100) or (adept) achievements.
