Chucky first person glitch

When interacting with a red glyph, as Chucky lands back on the ground the game goes into a highly scuffed first person view complete with floating eyeballs and teeth. This view is very disorientating, and going into hidey ho mode gets rid of the eyeballs and teeth but is still stuck in first person view.
This happened to me twice after interacting with a red glyph.
