No Credit Given for Back To Back Tome 17 - Level 4 Great Skill Check

Hi,
I achieved the required Great Results on 3 Skill checks while working on generators using the Perk Technician with Feng Min multiple times but was not given credit, so, I went back and recorded myself achieving the skill checks in the Back to Back Tome 17 - Commitment Level 4 after not receiving credit again and I've included the videos of achieving the Back To Back Great Results twice but without getting credit for the skill checks, the system does not grant me the credit. I've included videos of the recorded achievements for the Back to Back in Tome 17 Level 14 for Great Skill Check. Can you update the system to give me credit for this achievement please? Thank you.
