Back-To-Back survivor challenge bug - Tome 17 Level 4

A bug occurs when achieving the Back-To-Back survivor challenge.

What happened?

  • I hit 3 back to back great skillchecks with the perk Technician equiped
  • Each time I hit a great skill check on a generator i saw the progress visual pop up
  • e.g. 1/3 when i hit the first great skill check, 2/3 when i hit the second great skill check, 3/3 when i hit the third skill check
  • I then complete the trial and see that I can't claim the reward despite finishing it (see the attached screenshot)

Additional info:

  • The first time I experienced this bug, I didn't manage to escape the trial
  • The second time when the bug appeared, I did escape the trial
