PC - Low Amp Filament Incorrect Description

Step 1: Choose to play as a Survivor.
Step 2: Search for the Low Amp Filament Add-on in the Add-on section.
Step 3: The description will state that it decreases Flashlight Battery consumption by 24% when it should be 20%.

this has been as is since chucky's release iirc. Odd bulb had a slight value change as well.

Looks like High-End Sapphire Lens is different as well, it now says it increases the beam width by 25%, it used to decrease it by 25%.
So Low Amp Filament, High-End Sapphire Lens, and Odd Bulb are the 3 addons that say something different than they used to. Everything else looks the same.
