Glyph bug with Chucky

While completing the glyph challenge on the new rift, I got 2/3 of them with Chucky. both times after completing the interaction my camera zoomed into an almost 1st person mode seeing the backside of Chuckys face model. I don't know if this issue is only tied to the one glyph or not, but I do know the bug fixes itself when chucky gets stunned or picks someone up.
