Garden of "Joy" Question.

Hi,

I know they did map changes to Garden, but I don't remember them very well or maybe I didn't understand.

Does anyone know did they move up the vault location, because you cannot hit with Pyramidhead's power from inside the house to the ground?

I'm talking about this:
