flashlights have some weird delay and are difficult to use when trying to blind wraith

- For some reason it is almost impossible to get a successful blind on wraith, there is a slight delay before the flashlight blind animation begins and on pallets its very noticeable
- Try blinding wraith
- Almost all the time
