Decisive strike bug against Wesker

My decisive strike didn't work against Wesker. He grabbed me using his power, I hit the skillcheck but there was no desisive strike effect afterwards. Other than that, it was impossible to start wiggling out. Unfortunately, I cannot post the video showing that here.
