Survivors not making sounds when being picked up etc.

I play on Steam, but this has been happening with streamers I watch, too.
Usually, when the killer is picking up a survivor, the survivor would make a little grunt of pain. I would always use that as a reference for when to do a flashbang save.
However, for a while now, these things have been happening a lot of the times (not always):
1) the survivor doesn't produce a grunt of pain while being picked up
2) the survivor doesn't produce a grunt of pain while being put down on the ground from being carried
3) (from killer's perspective) the hooked survivor being hooked for the 2nd time screams naturally while being hooked, but doesn't scream when the entity's claws spawn
